I had run into an issue with my old Sugino cranks when I wanted to replace the chainrings with 44/34 and found the bolts holding the rings on were not removable. I found an old Shimano crank set with 170mm cranks that fit my 110mm 5 bolt pattern, so I mounted the new rings on there and will be testing that out. I also replaced my seat with a WTB model. We will see how things go on Saturday at the populaire with the new gearing, seat, etc.
On the mileage front, I am currently where I was last year and there is still over a week left in the month, so I am shooting for 200K this month, but with the ride on Saturday, I could be close to 300K.
