Nice hour run today on the LOBO again. Heidi and Ev rode while I ran, which was nice. Running with a new HRM/GPS, the Forerunner 210, which seems pretty nice. I need figure out the interface to show pace, HR and time, but overall happy so far.
Have a tempo run up tomorrow, which will be interesting.
