1st week in the book

I just finished my last run of the week and it is in the books. Just over 3 hours of training this week. I am waiting for my new schedule from the person doing my Bearchase 50K plan that starts this week.

I was a little sore on Friday, which was one of my off days and I was curious to see how I would feel after 2 long days. I was pleasantly surprised that I little soreness this morning after yesterday's hour run.
