I am starting this up again to track my getting back into endurance sports after too many years off.

Today's run
Did my first run in about a month and now that I am under 200 lbs by almost 10 lbs, I feel much better running. Still a slow pace, but consistent. About 4 and half miles on a rolling course with 2 longish climbs.
