Ran with my sister tonight on the greenway from our vehicles to the martial arts studio where the boys had a class. Ended up with 1.71 miles in just over 20 minutes including 5 min warm up and 2 min cool down. Felt stronger than in the fall when we started running even with not running or riding really for 2 months, but I think the Tae Kwon Do is making a difference.
