I am starting this up again to track my getting back into endurance sports after too many years off.

Still going
I did my 3rd run the last week and am still trying to find my training rhythm, though this time around I feel like running is not as hard as the last time I tried to start again in April. I have run once with my sister and twice on my own. I am not sure really what to do here, my sister is doing the C25K plan, which is working for her, but I am not sure if it will become to easy, as I regain my endurance. I think I am going to do something like this for 4-6 weeks and see how I feel and then decide on my next steps
Not that anyone is listening, but thoughts?
